Most people literally never acknowledged, affirmed, or praised others performance. They only acknowledged their mistakes. An encouraging word would cost them nothing and mean the world to others.
When someone experiences a major setback or disappointment, for example, we need to be careful not to dismiss their pain or frustration. Likewise, it’s usually a bad idea to lecture about what they could or should have done differently.

Slander lacking any truth is devastating. I know for I have suffered badly from one troll on this site. It can ruin a good name worldwide on the Web. Jealousy induces sick minds to utter slander.+++++10 Robert
