So Close Poem by Practicing Poetess

So Close

Rating: 4.8

A little taste of Heaven.
I can't tell where I end, and you begin.
A stomach rumbles.
Was that yours, or mine?
A tangle of warm limbs,
A place outside of time.
This is supreme bliss,
Fulfillment sublime.

But of course you would, you're a man! It never fails to amaze me how the guys are first to read my slightly 'heady' poetry! Seriously, thanks for commenting, Ray! : -)

Aloha Practicing Poetess... Sounds like my backyard hammock... and a tall pitcher of 'sun' tea! Florida Room? Heaven rumbles end bliss begin yours or mine ends Fulfillment sublime Nothing like the dazed first collaboration... Nice prose poetess! All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

Although my readers cannot see, I always blush when a new male member Reads my most poetry! Aloha to you, too! There are at least 2 Michael Walkers on this site, and now a Michael Walkerjohn, too!

Say Poetess... throw a title at this Senryu and fly it... maybe put a note for me in the story line?
