Something Bright
Don't let the sun shine on those tears
Or on yr red eyes
Smile in the pouring rain
For nothing can't get you down
No one will blame you for dancing with joy
In any case, be filled with happiness
As you catch yourself in the light of dawn
And be thankful for another day
Because there's always something bright

I love the way you moved from the pessimism of the opening lines to such great optimism. The use of 'can't' in your 4th line keeps the reader guessing. Inspirational and motivational. Love it, LeeAnn!
