Somewhere - Poem by Juan Olivarez

Somewhere the sky is blue,
Somewhere the sky is clear.
Somewhere I feel there's morning dew,
Somewhere there are no tears.

But blue skies are long gone,
Gone with the morning dew.
how could I have been so wrong,
Wrong to believe in me and you?

Such depth. This one stands for all humanity through the ages. Hope, and sorrow, the definition of living. Powerful. (Report) Reply

This is a very nice write, Juan.
The romantic soul shows and the broken heart is expressed in a very poetic way.
    Superb poetry.
