Speaking Of Self Poem by Heather Burns

Speaking Of Self

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes self gets in the day
It must always be their way

Thinking of self never of you
It's their way yours won't do

Disagreeing with self is a fright
Getting their way is a delight

talking with self one must agree
express your opinion no harmony

Self cannot live this way
it will be exposed some day

Short but deeply philosophical. Indeed, the concept of self has been one of the major debate in the philosophical circle, No wonder it has attracted your attention too. frankly, you have written your view so simple and clear as usual. Bravo for this effort.
