The Changing World Poem by NEETHA SASIDHARAN

The Changing World

Rating: 3.5

Without tensions,
without worries,
it lay under the ground
as if in a mom's womb.

One sunny morn,
peeped out as a sapling.
Had a good glimpse of
the green around him.

When it grew, ofcourse
changes were there within it.
But was it fair for it's
sorroundings to change? ? ?

Now it is standing there
not with tender leaves
not with the green around it,
but with the barren land...
