Beautiful things, beautiful beginnings
All things bright and beautiful
Beautiful lives, beautiful people
Beautiful you, beautiful me
Our life was off to a beautiful start
I gave her an extra look that day in the elevator
Pictured her for an extra second
Then I let the fine details settle not just on my eye lids
But I pictured her through the lens in my heart
And let her image stay right there with me
I'd be needing it later
First came the calls, then the dinners
Then the movies and the dances
Your sweat lingered on
I smelt you for long hours, your very scent I know
Into the dead of night, and my eyes still wide open
What a woman to make me feel this way
Your smile as I look at your picture stirs my thoughts
Take your kind words and caring touch
Put all that in the mixer
A recipe for love unending, you define in simple terms
But was this to be or was it not
I had a past, you had a past
Could we see beyond it
Or could all this get undone any moment
I don’t know
I guess we’ll find out
I think part 3 is so as good as part 1 and 2 combined, this expresses feelings of romanace as someone reads this and could feel the passion
