The Face Poem by Sarvesh Kulkarni

The Face

Rating: 5.0

After all these years
of flirtatious anonymity,
The awaited face appeared,
with its incantation and its festivity.

All the love in the heart,
crystallized into one sublime moment.
A moment so sublime,
yet so everlasting.

The fuss of excitement tranquillized,
as bereavement gave birth to overflowing springs.
Huh, Time can never capture
the magnitude of feelings.

very nice poem, there is always a phrase that sticks out in your works. Mine in this one is the very first line. It pretty much says all it needs as an opener to your work. great job
