The Lucky Ones (For Aida And carmel) Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

The Lucky Ones (For Aida And carmel)

Rating: 5.0

It was supposed to last
But nothing ever does
Not even love
However, their were special
Even with angry disagreements
Theirs were the kind we read about
In Fairy Tales
They lived happily ever after
Until they arrived in heaven
Returning to dust holding hands
And kissing there
Their love is eternal
They were the lucky ones
