Miracles, Memories, and Mayhem

arrive with the month of May

Starting off with Smoky's birthday

and so many follow his day.




Arriving in the second week

is Mothers Day with much emotion

Seems to be the perfect time

to express your sincere devotion




It was the very last time unfortunately,

I got to talk to mine before she died

I never got to see her again

and I recall how much I cried




Next we have some celebrations

that follow so cheerfully,

Charles, who is Neonman,

and my sweet grandson, Anthony




I also want to mention,

my friend Amber's much loved son

All these guys are truly awesome

steal your heart faster than anyone




Ah, we mustn't forget the mayhem

which includes my ex's day,

born with the gift of gab

and so convincing in his way.




Then comes at the very end

is my dentist's grand birthday

If anything is surely possible

you can bet he'll find a way!
