The Pulse Of Life... Poem by Rebecca Navarre

The Pulse Of Life...

Rating: 5.0

Wake up to the golden sun shine,
a little cardinal singing out on the
vine. Daffodils swaying in the wind,
nodding their heads as if to say nice
to see you again. Apple blossoms on
the trees, a chipmunk peering out so
curiously. Rhythmic waves touching
the shore, and the pulse of life calls
to me once more. As I feel my heart
skip a beat, , , but, then turn as the
tears stream down my cheeks.

Wonderful and tender poetic expressions with compelling images. Every single line in this poem is felt by the heart.

Beautiful, touching and inspiring poem as always dearest, Becca. Feelings of happiness brought by the wonders of nature is tinged with sadness by what we felt in our heart..
