The Raven Pair...... [lovebirds? ; Bird Sounds; 'Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder' (An Old Saying) : Very Short] Poem by Bri Edwards

The Raven Pair...... [lovebirds? ; Bird Sounds; 'Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder' (An Old Saying) : Very Short]

Rating: 5.0

The Raven's harsh voice seemed almost gentle today,
as, in eucalyptus tree, it seemed to say:
“Black Beauty, come join me now. I see you are there.”

And where I first saw one, I now saw a pair.

They’re not cute, may not be your favorite birds,
BUT I bet between them …… pass some bird-love words.

'Their harsh voices seemed almost gentle today, ' - So do your words, which are otherwise so caustic usually! 'They’re not cute, may not be your favorite birds, BUT I bet between them …… pass some bird-love words.' - Yes, they are not the cutest, but your watchful eyes saw their amorous moves and your keen ears heard their 'some bird-love words'. Well done! I've rated the poem 10/10.
