The Savagery, That Civilization Conceals
The Idiocy
Of it all!
Man cannot leave,
Well enough alone!
One step forward
"A giant step for
Mankind"
And then ten, backwards,
Wars, Violence, Destruction
An imaginary ax to grind,
And back to the caves
We go,
Are we really Civilized?

one step forward but if stupidity makes ten steps backwards then it's easy equation we are not overall civilized still!
