The Silent Strum Poem by Indira Renganathan

The Silent Strum

Rating: 5.0

That was the time
You came like the
Strung rain drops strumming

Sweet, soothing, pleasant..
I was like the soil
To have received you

A cycle
Of all seasons's over now

Reminiscing
Our distant looks
In separate solitude
All that's no more repeatable

A meaningful sigh
Concludes the story
To meet the end
