The Timid Flower Poem by Jeremy Horsford

The Timid Flower

Rating: 5.0

Only if thy knew how unsheltered one is.

Sat without Sun, without Water.

Surviving on scraps thrown at the Earth.

Life has been known to be great, but not
here, why?

Why is this?

Life can be controlled and sometimes not.

Choice is waiting.

A flower standing unsheltered in the weather, a human being unable to control their own life, yet they have a choice unlike the timid flower. Fantastic comparison, succinctly portrayed with understanding. Great poem, it sticks to one's mind! Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn

It's an outstanding comparison between a lonely flower and a unasked human.............SMALL AND SWEET........
