The Trembling Hours
The whole night I pass
sleeplessly
thinking of how the scourge
of man made virus
or nature's viciousness
makes one believe
that life is just
a windy breeze
comes and goes
like a tsunami
none knows how and when
life would freeze
cold waters of the sea
thus we all humans
look upwards
towards heaven
is another life for us
hanging out there
high above the heaven
beyond eternity
can we feel the thumping heart
as we live
Corona virus is Covid 19
I believe that this virus came from outer space and a thing like this comes every hundred years like the Spainsh Flu
YOUR VOICES FEAR NOT MY DEARS With the outbreak of the pandemic, we are made to think of the vulnerability of human life more and more. Yes, life is just a 'windy breeze'. I love this expression! It may come and go.... from where and to where....we hardly know. Many are having sleepless nights now, like you! A poem expressing the panic of the times! Humans fail to look inward.
