There's Dancing In Heaven Poem by Richard Wlodarski

There's Dancing In Heaven

Rating: 5.0

Is there dancing
In Heaven Tonight
Watch out My Sweet Lord
The free spirited
Purple Butterfly
Has just arrived
She's the Dancing Queen
Caribbean Queen
And yes she will
Dance up a storm
No Stairway To Heaven
For the Free Bird Karen
The jet propelled
Elevator
To Rock and Roll Heaven
Only Heaven Knows
Of jukebox in heaven
Where Karen's Knocking On Heaven's Door
Break [ing] On Through To The Other Side
She's Beyond The Sea
With Mack The Knife
The Man In Black
The King and Cash
They're Reeling and Rocking
Dancing The Night Away
To Rock and Roll Music
And Tin Pan Alley
The girl with eyes
Like pizza pies
Is totally chatting it up
With the girl with kaleidoscope eyes
Jesus Is Just Alright
When Karen sends Him
The Elvis sneer
The Pelvis just laughs
Heaven's On Fire tonight
Karen's in Disco Heaven
Rockin' On Heaven's Floor
With her Blue Suede Shoes
In her Little Piece of Heaven
Somewhere on the Edge of Heaven
For the Greater Good of God
Karen shouts: Clean Your Ears Out!

In spite of her passing, this was a fun poem to write. And I still smile when I read it!
