This Highway Is Up To Heaven
Very clean this highway is very long,
Curved in a zigzag manner this invites,
Dawn on arrival welcomes creatures,
Visitors have their journey in this way.
Light and cloud do magic in above sky,
Autumn sky looks so cute and very clear,
Earth wears green veil of grass and plants,
Meditation is done in this early dawn.
Calmness and freshness is seen in nature,
Beauty is a humming bird to awaken here,
For a nice spiritual journey souls are ready,
God's light sure invites them into wisdom.
Up to heaven this highway has lengthened,
Beauty is merged with perception of hope,
In this infinite way souls will move eternally,
God is our ultimate ambition to attain.

I sincerely hope that you are right, as I want to travel the highway to heaven one day. I like your photo of a curved road with glowing clouds in the evening sky. I wonder where that highway leads to.
Terrific imagery....for me, the images in that very first stanza really stand out. I can see all creatures making one trek- together. Great poem, Kumarmani.

Travelling towards heaven is interesting. Greatest happiness we get remaining with God. We search for eternal happiness and we get this. God teaches us righteousness. Thank you very much for sharing this. You are a nice poet. This poem is excellent poem.
