Thomas Conner

Thomas - Poem by Thomas Conner

Thomas was innocent
His heart bleed of pain
Until she came
Pain gone love gain

Love takes away pain
Love also brings pain
Thomas doesn’t know what to do
He is no longer sane

He says he has not changed
Yet he’s just not the same
He’s not the man he was before
He seems to take all the blame

The blame for
Not finding his step-father
From his failures
But he cant stop thinking of the pain of his mother

Thomas is confused
The evil, suicidal side has spread
Thomas slits his wrist
And the innocents and pain leave a trail of blood ahead
