Thoughts In The Mind Poem by Laquory Jones

Thoughts In The Mind

I feel myself sinking into a darker place
It's taking over my mental space
Immortality continues to be chased
Is it all for naught if I don't do my part
To ignite a spark my visions contains the
Greatest works of art in the end

People die alone its a hard pill to swallow
Against the hallow bones they become the
Stepping stones to the next generation
With so much inspiration do you want to
Know what scares me the most I don't mean
To boast in the end I'll surely roast Billy
Gruff Billy Goat giving people the oki
Doke that no one listens to as his
Back hit the ropes life hits the slopes

The world's in a dump legacy of the
Trump when the world's in a slump
I've done took my lumps yup Forrest
Gump while trying to get over these
Humps I think and I brass too much to
Unmask my mind's steadfast crushing
Glass in vast as if to forget the
Negativeness of the past at last
I have the world in my palm
To out think any opponent it is within
These moments to make a stand now
Take my hand and let the mind expand
It's my plan to do all that I can.
