Three R Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Three R means Reading, writing, and arithmetic,
These are essential in life and value of aesthetic.
Without reading writing and having calculation,
One can’t improve and achieve life perfection.

In some way there is importance of another three R,
One is Respect for elders by juniors in everywhere.
Second is Respect for work you should know,
It is supreme in life, utilize and never say no.

Third is Respect for time that never return,
In proper utilization it gives proper return.
We have to respect our elders, teachers and parents,
We have to respect seniors, guests and grandparents.

We will be elder sure in nearer tomorrow,
Our youngsters will respect us in spite of sorrow.
There are four components of respect for elders,
These are like light in dark and like new builders.

Greeting, Honorific Addressing and Polite Language,
And Obedience is such components for people underage.
We must use with respect Aap instead of Tu, Tum, Thou,
In case of mothers, superiors, teachers we should bow.
