Tomorrow's History Today's Destiny... Poem by Varsha M

Tomorrow's History Today's Destiny...

Rating: 5.0

And that was the day
Yes the final day
When finally
With a blow of air
My hands, off yours.

Not a bit of pain
Just our attachment loosen
And off, into air sailing like a bird
Completing my journey here
Preparing for there.

You witnessed it patiently
My greenary pretty
My galore,
And then my aging
As I donned yellow lining.

Imprinting my memories
Onto your psyche
I finally
Step-down my place
To recieve the new with grace.

As I finally lay myself down
On the sublime lawn
I sigh,
Its finally over now
Closing my eyes as dust blew.
