Torn - Poem by Ashleia Allena

All I ever want to do,
is find a hole to cry in.
All the things you put me through,
you left me here to die in.

Every time you look at me,
I see the world within your eyes.
Every time you look and see,
I feel myself torn apart by lies.

Why do I love you still,
you left me here to fall apart.
Why do I hate you still,
memories of you that hold my heart.

These feelings shan't go away,
with a kiss and sweet caressing.
With these feelings here to stay,
I'm torn, reminiscing.

((This is dedicated to my friend. May your friends' love for you help with your heartbreak, my Soror Amat.))
