Don't know 'bout tomorrow
Can't deal with today
Forgotten yesterday
Sun's trying to burst thru
The shady clouds of doom
Obscuring the good life
Hot coffee to wake up
Bacon and eggs to kill
Heart's pumping damn hard
Need bit more espresso
Walking smiling laughing
Sitting feeding squirrels
Exercise for the birds
Couch potato surfing
The lonely internet
Jiving to new rhythms
Beating odds depression
Training mind and body
For adventurous soul
Great poem, Richard. None of us know about tomorrow, but we must deal with today the best we can.

This is brilliant, Richard. YEs, when the physical slows down, the 'inner' world really responds. It must hear some alarm clock that spurs it to action. Brilliant!
