Treasure Chest Poem by Rini Shibu

Treasure Chest

Rating: 5.0

When shall I open and see the  treasure
from the treasure chest I have found
The treasure which I haven't seen
And the key which I haven't received
Just waiting for me to be opened
The more it is getting delayed
the more impatient i am
making me anxious and curious
But this wait is giving me pleasure
And a want  to live more too
Because one day it will be revealed
When the key will be found
And the treasure will be owned by me

The poetess has finished the poem at a place from where the reader starts thinking why she hasn't seen the treasure, is she not sure that there are are pearls in the treasure chest? a great poem leving some thing for the readers.
