Two-Hairline Difference Poem by Obed dela Cruz

Two-Hairline Difference

The difference between the wise and the smart
Are the two hairlines called “character” and “heart”
Because a wise person’s thoughts, words, and actions
Are pleasant in all angles and positions.
But a person who is just smart is not wise
Because his or her words can be full of lies.
The wise will never abuse intelligence
And he or she will not possess foolishness.
But the smart can be a fool in some areas
If darkness covered his or her ideas.
Brain, heart, and way of life are too different.
You’re not wise if you are just intelligent.
