Tough nut to crack, some times we need to hit hard, cute verse

The emotional dilemma of a person is beautifully put into words. We have to keep a balance between emotions and reaction.

Excellent. We are always taught to control our emotions but at the same time some body doesn't show any emotional reaction he or she is called cold hearted. A contrast expressed so well in this poem.
