Unique
Once upon a time, a
beautiful blue, rose grew.
And she was always hoping, to
be a beautiful red rose, one day
so true. But, little she knew.
She was already, ever so beautiful
too! ..
So many of us are beautiful roses but we are always wanting to be something else- a day lily, a snapdragon. a petunia, a pansy [those cute jolly fellas]! ! ! ! It is okay to spread out our horizons just as it is okay to be thankful for our own sweet sassy selves! ! ! You, my dear, are such a unique poet! ! ! 10+++++++++++++++

A red rose is beautiful, the blue one is is no less, every soul is created unique, if only we feel happy in what we are and what we have. Lovely poem.
