Let us meditate on
The Divine Light!
The Radiant Supreme Presence,
Bright and illuminating,
The Indweller,
The Controller,
The Director,
Of all beings and objects of this world!
Let our intellect be stimulated
By the light of divine effulgence.
Rig Veda Samhita(Mandal 3.62.10)
I have taken the liberty to translate the original Sanskrit verses into English. I, most humbly declare, that a translation can never do full justice to the original Sanskrit verse. Sanskrit has its own divine beauty and grace.
The above verse is chanted with reverence in order to fill the mind with light and to stimulate the intellect.
Let our intellect be stimulated By the light of divine effulgence.... //.... That is the most important wish to be granted by God through His divine touch, control, direction and guidance. A pleasure to read this lovely translation.
