I had to buy a shorter belt the other day. Didn't want to punch any more holes in the old one!
I have now walked 5 miles every day for the last 20 days. I would love to sleep in my own bed tonight, but I'm 100 miles from home!
15 pounds! ! In a month and a half? At that rate, in a year you will be a 'bag of bones, old ones', but feeling BETTER. Is the picture photoshopped/photochopped?
: Some days I walk the 1/2 mile down an inclined 'driveway/private road' to check our mailbox(es) , and back up again to bother PH members and eat peanut butter. Caring for 7 1/10 hogs gives me more exercise.

It seems strange to read about your pain during walking, and then have you say that you 'feel better...time.' In my forties I consulted with doctors about a sudden back pain while showering. The pain did not persist and there was no surgery, but...(cont.)

Bri, the photo is not of me; just some picture I found on the internet. I never wear shorts when hiking in the mountains, always long pants to avoid scratches.
Walking is a great way to maintain overall health specially cardiovascular fitness and for strong bones. It seems you are having fun with your walk everyday, Kim. A wonderful and interesting poem excellently composed.
