cold dawn departure...
grandson cries to go with me,
holds shoes to his chest
Sounds cute and what else...it is heartwarming to witness heart to heart bonding! .
Wow- Separation from a loving Grandfather must be painful for a 20 month old child who does not know the intricacies of life.You have painted the picture powerfully in this Haiku.
