Water Poem by Eila Mahima Jaipaul

Water

Rating: 5.0

I live on top of skeletons
always flying from oceans
with closed eyes.

I want to live on water
sitting aside a point of exchange
where marsh grasses of myself blow.

That is the beauty of water
how it has no walls, like you.
and is destined to live forever.

I think I understand the liquid life analogy. Somehow though, I feel the poem isn't quite complete...
