A Rose is
A poem
That unfolds,
Petals are its words
Color is its soul,
And beauty is
Its gift,
For the whole world
To love and own.
Oh, Wow! .. Totally swept away by these beautiful words and imagery! ..

p3 lover heart minds, roses bud in the heart whisper love me hold me embrace me but warn beware stem thorns
p2 roses please the nose with perfume musk depth breathed in scents enticing smells, roses please the touch with petal textures that romance
p1 a rose is symmetry perfected in layers and layers of soft waxy petals, like the layered depths words of an unfolding poem, roses please the eye dressed in various shades pastel pigment colours,
I wrote the poems 'Wild Rose Passions Warn Beware Stem Thorns', 'Roses Tell Tales Enticing Love Poems', 'Roses Bud In Heart Whisper Love Me Hold Me' and 'A Rose Unfolds Love Textured Perfumes', inspired by the poem 'What Is A Rose? ', by the poet Sandra Feldman and dedicated to Sandra Feldman.
