When From Poetry, Liberty's Might Poem by Sandra Feldman

When From Poetry, Liberty's Might

Rating: 5.0

Stir in me!
All that Poetry
Can awaken,
Its sadness
And its song,
Its long allure
The desire,
Of no wrong.

Guide me thru
The Fountains of Time,
That I may find
The lost links
Of the human spirit,
Love, imagination
Kindness and Hope,
So as to share
And feel,
Poetry's garden,
Paradise, Lost.
