Which Bird? Poem by Denis Mair

Which Bird?

Rating: 5.0

In the scenery of existence
those spots of iridescence
come in tireless, seeking flight
probing throats of showy trumpets
that open and proclaim sweetness
for birds it is just a working day
so come, poets, with knowing eye
to complete the wonderment
