Who Knows? Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Who Knows?

Rating: 5.0

I doubt I'll ever know the secret of success,
And never will I feel,
Your love and tenderness,
Those moments are not meant,
To grace me with a smile,
I've wandered through some troubling times,
My thoughts raced many miles.
Who knows what's round the corner,
That I'll never know,
I need to get a move on,
The years have truly flown.

I can connect with the feelings expressed here. How we wish to know what's in store but we can never know the secrets of this life. Sterling ink!
