With Your Arms And Legs Crossed Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

With Your Arms And Legs Crossed

Rating: 5.0

L-et twenty-fifth January
A-im to bring much mirth;
L-et Wednesday morn warm
Y-our birthday on earth.
N-ever let the rain remain, see the break of dawn;
N-o more fog and haze, the cold chill is gone.

R-ise of the sun begins,
E-liminating the shadow;
M-isty Tuesday is gone,
O-ne joy replaces the sorrow.
L-ight keeps your face smiling,
T-he storm is at a loss;
A-llow your heart to glow, with your arms and legs crossed.

What a delightful piece. I haven't written an acrostic before. I will try my best. Thank you for the inspiration.
