I stood there welcoming night,
as it came to call.
A smile curled my lips,
as slowly the lights went out.
The moon shone down on us,
its light embracing our naked form
and the contours there.
We embraced each other
within the long grass,
our bodies locked together
within passion’s embrace.
Her throaty murmurs
were lost to the wind
and only the small creatures of the night
witnessed our consuming passion,
as we reached beyond the moon
to some far-flung stars.
When ours passions finally overwhelmed us,
we lay in each other’s arms,
spent and exhausted,
waiting for the morning sun.

A lot of passion and wonderful memories of coming together on this site today..This one takes you there......excellent except for having an allergy to grass. Guess one could put up with the nose for a night under the stars like this..~~~marci.xo. :)

I agree with Tara, tis is simply lovely, Richard and I can definitely relate to this one. If he were here he would have a smile on his face, I can see it now, I'm smiling that's for sure. Thanks for the memory David.--Melvina--
I hope that those weren't REALLY small creatures that got anywhere they shouldn't have done. Oh, grow up Tara..... lovely david. Simply lovely. And quietly, sort of lovingly sexy indeed. t x
