Feel the wind rush
Thunderous in my ears
Or is it all in my head?
Is the rush from within
Or from outside me?
I am floating
Through the atmosphere
Above everything
I best not dwell
That my body has been left behind
Like an empty suit
I don’t need it here
I am freer than I have ever been
Floating, flying
So easily
No resistance
No fear or hesitance
To see and experience all
Colours brighter, sharper
Terrain broader,
More expansive than imagined
