.3. Another Sample Poem by David Threadgold

.3. Another Sample

Rating: 5.0

Would you like a sample?
Shall I cut a slice?
I baked it fresh this morning
And tasting rather nice

Try it with cream
Here I’ll pass you a spoon
Or even with custard
I’m making some soon

My best apple pie
With its sugary top
Will disappear quickly
If samples don’t stop

I do love samples as well. I have heard of people going to stores here and taking samples for lunch.. I guess we all love to eat. lol Very clever poem
