A caravan of camels
With riders mounted on their backs
Throws a silhouette against
The evening sky
Forming a beauteous portrait.
They are moving slowly, but
Sure to cross the vast desert.
Does the desert wind sing a song?
But a song is heard
When the bells hanging from
the camels' necks
Go for jingles.
As the darkness becomes pitch dark
The riders will perhaps
Rest under some tents and
Their camels will seek the soft sand.
When all will sleep, the desert will sleep too
Under the darkness,
The caravan and the desert
Will merge and become one soul.
