I Am a falling star
Before falling
It will shine so bright
Like the last laugh on ones face
Before fall.
What brightness
It can spread on falling.
Its all shine shattered
Like a winged broken bird,
When it can never fly.
With shine reflected on each pieces shattered.
A twinkling star looked so beautiful,
Which bring smile on innocent child's face,
With a twinkling eyes it gazes stars around.
May you spread happiness as long as
You are the twinkle of ones eyes around!

Beautiful, my friend....and may it shine right to the end....where it still will be as beautiful... for beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Liked this poem very much.
A meaningful poem. Appreciated the underlying philosophy...5 stars.
A thoughtful poem indeed. though the falling star knows that it time is very limited, still it twinkles and emanates it's beauty to please others unconditionally expecting no return.... loved it
The open beauties of this poem are so much appealing that one starts thinking what are the hidden beauties of it, and when the hidden beauties are exposed one starts loving this poem. What a poem Geetha!
