A Marriage (For Mum And Dad)
He never bought flowers
Rarely said 'I love you'
But she didn't really care
Thought flowers were 'Pepper in the eyes'
And they were married
For nearly fifty-nine years
So there!
A relationship is really based on respect and words do not have to show the love given. It is wonderful you are so proud. I would be too!
