Ages And The Phoenix Poem by koyel mitra

Ages And The Phoenix

Rating: 4.7

For ages there have been decadence,
The denudation of the life's essence;
Life is but a fight of the presence.

Dreams have built the castles of ages in air,
People let go of them in acute despair;
Of spirits people are on arrears,
Fortitude and bonanza allay their fears.

Since the dawn of civilization there have been mind's insurgence,
which is nothing but the Phoenix's resurgence!
