Amidst The Puddle Of Pain

Rating: 5.0

Amidst the puddle of pain
Battling to rise to the surface in vain
When pulled into the abyss of nothingness
And you are on the verge of abandoning life
When you shout to god for help in pain
That is the moment when
Allah is closest to you then jugular vein.

Even pain pours like running water when your pen desires to express. Lovely write.

Very well articulated. Life is full of challenges. When surmounted, they bring joy and relief, but when they happen to be too big to win over, they could break one's will to live. This is where he needs all the emotional, psychological, moral and spiritual support to subdue his pain and come out of it like a winner. But is it that easy. Decision at the terminal moment makes all the difference when 'Allah is closest to you then jugular vein'. Quite an inspiring write. Thanks.
