! Be Still
An empty mind
holds no tears,
no sadness
for the past.
Soften,
the cold hard
places of
your heart.
Listen for that
knowledge,
the love,
that lies within.
And stay close,
to the sounds,
that will make
you feel alive.

The real stillness of the mind is much sought after but so difficult to find...
