By showing this photo, I create
The illusion I've done something great.
Well, maybe tomorrow
Perhaps I can borrow
Something else to help prevaricate.
So I think the deception is that you're frowning, but really happy, yes? No, wait a minute, you didn't win it (yet) .
No, the deception is that the trophy is not mine; I just picked it up to have my picture taken. And actually I did win this tournament (The Utah Amateur) back in 1996. At least I tied for first place with two other guys: John Coffey and Meredith Willis. And by the way, what do you mean, I'm frowning? I'm not frowning. That IS my smile!
Kim, nice photo. It was a fun tournament, but those young players are tough! Our turn next time! !

I would like to translate this poem
True NICE photo, Kim, but I know the poem and have read all comments and responses. You have true fun here because you know you will not win this tournament. PERHAPS IF we play, Kim, I can surely win from you, at least have the try after so many years not having played chess. But I had won the mixed competitions foe 12 years. Not the boy won, but this girl..............oops my BIO has so much content and text......LOL. I raced in Texas too.
Sylvia, I would love to play chess against you sometime. You raced in Texas? Was that a foot race? Car race? Motorcycles? Thanks for the comment.
