Come, Come, Words! - Poem by Jolanta Gradowicz

Come, come words to my mind!
Compose freely! I’m waiting!
My stanzas must be well-designed
They can’t look like a fallen building.

Come, come words to my soul!
With a proper rhyme and sound.
Let me -at last - achieve my goal.
Where are you? Are you around?

Come, come words to my heart!
I’d like to find you easy.
Be bright, and apt, and smart.
Be hopeful, and sometimes crazy...
