Commitment
I am committed to words,
They are my treasures, my herds,
I must chose them softly and with care,
Mind them, find them, grind them
Into reality,
Respect them, blend them,
Care for them, love them
As does a mother, love every child
Keep them close, protected
Until they are ready,
To fly away, poetically,
On their own
Into their new found,
Poem home.
