Earthbound Life
Earth moves round the sun and has gravity,
It attracts things towards its related trinity.
To lead life there is water, air, sustenance,
Cold and hot is such here a life has tolerance.
For gravity fruits falls from trees towards Earth,
Beautiful edifices and granges are on its girth.
Different type of creatures live here in chain,
These are insects, animals, birds, reptiles and men.
All like to reside on earth in land or water,
All are body conscious but men think better.
Some men know about soul, body and mind,
Some people search God and try to find.
No one wants to die or give something to other,
Persons with soul consciousness never do bother.
Still they don't like to leave the earth forever,
They have earthbound life till death does cover.
There are many lovely things on earth to enjoy,
Some of these are lakes, sea, mountains and rill coy.
Nature and God's made things are many on this Earth,
Manmade things are lifeless and don't have birth.
Men specially know how to behave other,
They keep animals and birds with lovely feather.
Earthbound life gives pain when to leave this land,
Resolves go with souls and nothing even hand.

Edifice - large imposing building,Grange - country house with farm-building that belongs to it, Trinity - three cardinal gods of Hinduism-Brahma, Vishnu, Maheswara, Sustenance - nourishment, food/ means of support.
A Beautiful poem. Very true said, no one wants to die and leave this earth forever, as there are many things in earth to enjoy. Our nature is blessed with bountiful things. very few people understand the mind, body and soul, while others searching for God. Loved reading it.

Earth moves around sun and this is bound in a natural law. There is Force of Gravitation. We feel natural laws. Soul's theory is nice. Thank you very much for sharing this lovely poem.
Nature is the beauty of this earth that we try to imitate and interpret in paintings, literature, dance and music we must live life to the full and enjoy! Beautiful write!

Everything lives on Earth and hence we are all earth bound! Nobody likes to leave this Earth which is beautiful! As long as we are here, try to be in harmony with every living thing! Great message, sir!

We come and leave with no physical possessions. Enjoy life when a part of it but do not think that you can take it with you. The soul doesn't require material things. I have little knowledge of Hindu gods or religion, but if this is part of its philosophy, I am part Hindu.: -) Thanks for sharing, Kumarmani. Peace
